What to expect when you first face meditation? Personally, I did not expect anything special. Maybe just some calming before I went to sleep. How wrong I was! Now that I have listened to this meditation for Stress Release for a few days in a row, every night before bedtime, I am completely surprised at what meditation can accomplish and where it can reach. I began to feel how deeply I calmed down, there it was just somewhere inside, where I did not even know that I could reach. Even more surprising was how this deep calmness was somehow subconsciously taking me through the day. I feel that something has changed inside of me and that m attitude towards the world has changed as well. My view of the events and challenges that I face, has changed for the better. I feel more connected with my core, and my loved ones are feeling it too. "How wonderful it is to see that you are working on yourself and trying to become the best version of yourself, you really motivate me, what exactly are you doing?" That was my partner's statement. It's incredible how the change on itself, although it may be a small one, causes an even greater change in our surroundings. Meditation is now my tool, which I am still learning to use. This is truly a great support for personal growth, I highly recommend it to everyone!
